First, this teenager caused a 40% increase in crime in one town. That’s pretty bad you say, but wait. The best part is this was in the Northern town of Cliteroe. Huhuhuhuh. I just wrote “Clit”. That being said I think the best course of action is to rip his nadges off and then send him to the army.
